Chucked food trash out window

DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Person was driving in front of me and it appeared he had just eaten at In-N-Out and had clearly been eating in his car. Loads of garbage cans in the parking lot that he could have thrown his trash away in, but right as we went under the overpass to get on to the 405 he chucked the box his food came in and trash out his window. I was so angry that I cant really remember what his car looked like, but I remembered the License Plate.
