The passenger opened his door, made sure no police were looking, then carefully put what looked to be the size of a small styrofoam container inside of a white paper bag on the ground beneath his seat near the mentioned location. I was in the middle lane and their car was in the left lane, initially. The car then eventually made a right and turned down a street (to the south of Commercial). |
