DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The Bossier City sanitation department has been littering the street of Dudley Lane for months now despite the residents complaints. When the residents call and complain they are hung up on, yelled at, and are treated like utter trash! (pun definitely intended). The most recent of these offenders is a public relations person by the name of Brittany who refused to give me her bosses name who had left for the day at 3:50pm and was unable to take my serious complaint. Before I took the phone she yelled at my Grandmother and told her there was nothing she could do and to get over it! I have since posted pictures all of social media and sent the messages to KSLA and KTBS in hopes of rectifying this disastrous deed done by this company. I hope they are held to the same standards that the citizens are held! |
