DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Male, white, late 50s to early 60s - he threw lit cigarette butts, and small pieces of litter onto the roadway and only stopped when I honked at him and pointed at the litter. I had to run over one of the cigarette butts to avoid it blowing and starting a fire in the brush. He may be on camera if traffic cameras were recording that section. |
