DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Vehicle Driven: White pick-up, License #910 GZD. White male driving. As I was pulling into the inside turn lane, a man tossed something out his window in front of my car & it rolled across the lane and against the curbing. I slowed next to him & rolled down my window and asked him what that was he threw. He said, An empty cigarette pack. I said that this road wasnt his garbage disposal. He then yelled obscenities at me. I said no thank you and that I was taking his license # to report his behavior. He continued to yell obscenities as we each proceeded forward. He turned to take I-5 north and I could still hear him yelling. This whole experience makes me incredibly sad. |
