Older man, driving in front of me as we were getting on the 5 south off of Lomas Santa Fe Drive, coming from the East, first dumped his ice out of his cup...I thought, OK, thats not terrible. Then just flung the cup out to window too! I could not believe it! THEN...continued to swerve in and out of lanes as he tried making a phone call! Seriously ridiculous! |
