DETAIL DESCRIPTION
while sitting at the light with my dad to turn onto highway 105 home, we witnessed someone diagonally across from us scroll down their window and toss a large white plastic cup that looked like it was from Wendys onto the pavement outside their car. Appalled, I took a picture of the back of the car for the liscense and decided to report it (we live in this town and litter is disgusting!) |
