DETAIL DESCRIPTION
People are constantly dumping their trash and unwanted furniture, items and whatever carcasses they dumped this past summer. This includes but not limited to; condums, hyper dermic needles, drug paraphanalia, boxes with THEIR addresses, tax return statements and bank statements. I know you have to ignorant to dump your garbage in somebody elses back yard but these people are truly mentally challenged! not to mention our mail being stolen from mail boxes, which is a federal offense and no one gives a crap! |
