DETAIL DESCRIPTION
2 woman pulled into parking lot area with 2 cars full of trash and starting dumping, I told them they couldnt do that, they said they lived there, I do not recognize them, I got license plate numbers and they did not have tenant stickers on their cars. MA plate 4zmf60 was a small red car and plate 981va2 was an older gray car. When there is a lot of overflow trash blows all over our back yard. They got in their cars and took off. I wish they would receive some kind of fine or something. Only wish I thought to take pictures. |
