DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Male, about late 40s-early 50s was stopped at a stop sign at the cross section of Almond Crest and Renfro rd in Bakersfield Ca, 93314. Truck was parked at the stop sign in the middle of the road and the man was standing at the passenger door of the truck, on the drivers side, scooping out plastic bottles and trash into the street. I pulled up behind him, he continued to scoop out trash from the back seat of his truck, then got back into the drivers seat & drove away; turning right onto Renfro Rd.
Man was about 510, bulky build, wearing jeans, white tennis shoes and a navy shirt.
