DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Black male was walking past my house on the sidewalk and as I pulled up to my house on Beckman Street in Dayton, OH, he proceeded to toss his empty Natty light can into my front yard directly in front of my face, and open a new Natty light can as he proceeded to walk down the street with an open container and then into his house at 124 Anderson St. Dayton, OH with complete disregard to mine or anyone elses property. Im pretty sure thats at minimum an open container violation along with littering. |
