DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The Opelika Bulletin is being thrown in ditches, driveways, woods and they are in blue plastic bags and making a big mess on my street. It keeps happening and it is a horror, I work all day and come home to have to pick up trash at night. They should be fined, or whoever is delivering should be fined. |
