DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving behind a brand new, white Mercedes Benz gl550 - SUV, right before we turned onto the service drive to enter on 290 West, the passenger threw out a half empty plastic water bottle, and a bag of fast food trash and some small debris from inside the car. This happened with 3 separate short bursts of garbage being flung from the window.
I instantly caught up to the car once we got onto the free way and clicked a photo of the license plate. The driver - an African American male was talking on his phone while the passenger was reclining in her seat.
The plates were from Wisconsin and the A was smaller than the proceeding #s but still in caps: A LC7435. |
