DETAIL DESCRIPTION
As I went to park at the goodwill, this lady had a can in her hand, and she placed it on the ground. I parked, went inside, told my friend but you know what I hate most? Litterers. And she actually spoke up and said Im not littering I just put it there for a minute, or something to that extent. After a bit in the store, I walk out; shes coming back from the other side of the street, carrying a baby and had two other people with her, and the can was still on the ground. She obviously wasnt going to pick it back up. |
