DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This guy littered on Northlake ramp heading northbound to get on I 95, with a few seconds in between each littering. He threw out 3 pieces of litter on the ramp: a white piece of paper, napkin looking and 2 pieces of plastic. Then, about 30 seconds later, on 95, her threw out another plastic wrapper, pretty big, that looked like round wrapper of some sort. Driver didnt litter, just this passenger. |
