DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I routinely pick up trash on this street outside my neighborhood (Willow Springs). The VERY NEXT DAY, the street is littered again. The people doing it are deliberate and vandalizing the entire area, and it makes me very angry. This street in front of my wonderful neighborhood is a GARBAGE PILE of trash.
I finally saw, with my own eyes, someone pitching trash from their vehicle and I am happy to report it here. The trash came from the passenger side of the vehicle.
PLEASE help me stop the littering. It is deliberate and disgusting and especially demoralizing for me since I do spent quite a bit of time trying to clean up. |
