Young man threw an empty box of nuggets out of his window at the intersection of Gulf Blvd and Tom Stuart Cswy. If there are traffic cams at the light, they probably have it recorded. Also threw out a straw wrapper while driving over the small bridge towards Gulf Blvd. He turned left at the light headed Southeast towards Johns Pass. |
