At stoplight, backseat/passenger side occupant reached out car window to open back door, placed pizza box on highway, then closed door. As traveling further south down M-89 between Allegan & Otsego, backseat/driver side passenger threw out multiple pieces of what appeared to be orange peelings while driving 55+mph. |
