DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I have photos of the car, the license plate and the litter underneath the car. He opened his drivers side door, dumped the trash underneath his car, then closed the door and rolled up his window. I was pulling into my apartment building (H) as this happened. I told him he had dropped trash and he said he would pick it up later. Stated he was waiting on a Gainesville 2 Go order, which is a food delivery service. He did take some of the trash with him, but left some as well. One of the pieces he left is his receipt from Gainesville2Go. Order #10336. His name is Omer Rodriguez according to the receipt. His address is 2701 NW 23rd Blvd, Apt H75, zip code 32605.
