DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This old man through two plastic bottles out of his window. When I pointed it out to him, he said its okay, they are empty. And then he said somebody else will come and pick them up. I told him that that was littering and he said he did not care . When I told him I would take a picture of his license plate and report him, he said you just go right ahead. And that he drove away. |
