On 5/11/2015 at approx 4:40 PM, as I was stopped in at Hilltop intersection waiting to turn left onto Lake Blvd. I was behind a white Nissan Four door sedan with three or four occupants. The driver had the window down and he deliberately threw candy wrappers out the window, then spit out the window. |
