driver trying to cut everyone off, honking at me in front of him. switch lanes, passed me, cut me off and slammed on his brakes coming back into the merge lane. dumped his ashtray out the window onto my vehicle. driver is dangerous. i will testify to the reckless driving, lane change without signal, and littering.
