DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I saw the passenger throw a plastic shopping bag out the window and what looked like a paper cup with plastic lid & straw and wrapping paper for a sub sandwich. As I caught up to the car, I saw the passenger window being rolled up. The cars windows were heavily tinted, and I didnt feel safe confronting them about littering. |
