DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Trash was thrown from passenger window on 3 different occasions. On the first throwing, I blew my horn. A second throwing then occurred, so I blew my horn and flashed my headlights. Another dumping of trash occurred, as if to spite me. The auto is a white Honda Civic, Texas license DL1-H825. The front seat passenger was the person throwing the trash. |
