DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Every day theres the same panhandler on the SW corner of 16th Ave and Lincoln. Every day the trash piles up, fast food bags, pop cans, cigarette butts, cardboard signs, etcetera. The businesses on that corner are tired of having to clean up after that man. He leaves but doesnt take any of the trash with him so the next day just a adds to it. |
