DETAIL DESCRIPTION
2 females (1) driver, (1) passenger in a Black late model Toyota Camry NJ license plate X47 EPK threw trash out of passenger window while travelling north on GSP Tuesday, June 2nd approx 9AM. Female passenger has shoulder length dark hair & dark rimmed prescription glasses and appeared overweight. Laughing as she opened the window and tossed a paper plate and other debris. They noticed that I noticed them and avoided me for a considerable distance on the parkway as I tried to see their license plate number. Finally got it north of the Asbury Toll. If anyone knows who these filthy pigs are, let them know that Karma is a bitch! |
