DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was waiting at a traffic light at the above intersection, when I noticed a car ahead diagnally to my right rolled down his drivers side window halfway down and tossed 2 different cups out of the window and onto the street (I believe one was a Cook-Out cup and the other was a Bojangles cup)and then when the light changed, he sped off. I do know he was heading off down 147 (as he had gotten onto Vickers Ave, the on ramp to 147), but he was going roughly 75mph down 147 and texting while he was driving. Plus it was raining out and grey skies, with no headlights on. |
