DETAIL DESCRIPTION
On a daily basis they throw cigarette butts all over the property and sidewalk and street in front of the property from the left side beginning of fence to the right side end of the fence. They throw away food wrappings, liquor bottles and unwanted mail all over they even drop clothing sometimes and leave it in drunken states. Landlord has been notified multiple times and has stated he talk to them yet when other neighbors confront them they deny landlord communication. The is also takes place inside the building common areas and the back alley as well. |
