DETAIL DESCRIPTION
My daughter and I were sitting in my mothers car in the Oriental Lake parking lot in front of Dicks Sporting Goods when we witnessed one female changing a babys diaper in the driver side seat while the other female moved the contents from the stroller into the backseat of the truck. The female changing the diaper wrapped up the diaper and proceeded to throw it under the truck. I asked my daughter if she saw the same thing. She replied that she did see it. I took a picture of the female and the truck showing the diaper underneath it. I put my window down and told the female that the diaper was under the truck. The other female looked under the truck while the female with the baby placed him or her in the carseat. The female whom looked under the truck said Ok. It was really full. People do that all the time. I replied, Yes, I know people do it all the time but its still not right. The woman shrugged and got into her truck. I opened the camera on my phone to capture a photo of the license plate number. The driver pulled up next to me and asked if I just took a picture of her truck. I said, No, my camera is facing forward. She said, ok, well you know, Ive seen cops litter. I replied,I dont care. It doesnt make it right. The passenger then stated,They pay people to come clean up the parking lot. I said,That doesnt mean you can throw a dirty diaper in the parking lot. The passenger then told me,You know, you should be driving around the parking lot instead of sitting in a car taking up a parking space. I explained to the passenger,This is my mothers car. She went into the mall to purchase some things. My daughter is overheated and tired because she just got through running at a track meet and Im not going to force her to walk around the mall. Me sitting in my mothers car is not illegal. But, what you just did is illegal and i should report you for doing that. The driver asked,Did you see me do it? I said,Yes, I saw the passenger do it. The passenger then asked,Did you record me doing it? I replied,No,I didnt record you doing it. She then said,Well, good luck. The driver then said,Yeah, good luck. Were both married to cops. Then they drove away. |
