DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving behind the offender, going south on Washington Ave. I saw 2 white pom poms, each about 4 inches in diameter, fly out the drivers side window. I memorized the plate number (below), an d got close enough to see the model and make embossed on the rear of the car in question. I then passed the car (a 1 way street) and glanced in the car in question to see the driver and male companion in the passenger seat. |
