DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were in the drive thru line at Steak and Shake.
Car in front of us proceeded to clean out her car while waiting in the drive thru line. She then threw the large Wendys bag on the pavement. I politely got out of my car, picked up the bag, and tapped on the window. When she rolled the window down, I handed it back to her and said, You must have accidently dropped this. She took the bag back without saying a word and rolled up the window. Moments later she threw it out again. I got back out and put it on her hood. I took a photo of the license a plate. When she got out this time, I told her I would call police if she littered again. Yes , there were trash cans a few feet away. She tossed it again and I called 911 to report her. Three young girls in car. They all thought is was ok to do. |
