DETAIL DESCRIPTION I have photos over a period of time where this apartment complex is blatantly throwing garbage out next to the street and/or in yards. Some garbage is bagged, much of it is not. Furniture, stuffed animals, paper, food products... and they leave it for weeks scattered and spreading throughout the neighborhood. Littering has come in two forms, 1) an overflowing dumpster that usually is full and at 200-300% capacity, and 2) evictions of persons whereby they throw the contents of property out on the yard and leave it to scatter and decay. According to the city, even though this property was not originally owned by the apartment complex, their actions make them directly responsible for any littering caused...intentional or not. |
