DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Driving home from Northern Maine behind a Maroon Pontiac Grand am or Prix from Massachusetts when I see the passenger hang something out the window. He held it very close and low to the car, could make it out at first. It went under there tire and when it exploded all over the highway, my jaw dropped as I saw trash scatter everywhere. It was a shopping bag full of trash that is now on interstate 95. It was 2 male persons in the car, my daughter was with me in the car and was able to get a picture of the car. |
