DETAIL DESCRIPTION Much litter surrounds the Target store, especially on Barrington Rd side, Small Street side and against the fence line as well as in their parking lot on Schaumburg Street. In addition, a large amt of litter lines the fence line on Barrington Rd, between Schaumburg Rd and Irving Park Rd. Another terrible area is Buttitta drive, which is on the west side of Barrington Rd. Who is responsible for keeping the litter off the street and business properties? Who is reponsible for maintaining a litter free environment? I have come to realize the more we recycle the more litter lines our streets. Who can I contact to make changes such as having the community provide lids to our recycle containers or a mesh covering for the recycle containers so that litter does not fly on windy days all over our neighborhoods? Do we have an adopt a highway for Barrington Rd, between Schaumburg and Irving Park Rd? If not, can we get one? Please contact me at butzinej@yahoo.com Thank you. Joan Butzine |
