DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The people living in 10645 Hatteras throw out their old furniture, car parts, screen doors and broken down wood into the alley behind our apartment. I have already called 311 twice to remove a queen sized bedframe and sectional couch within the passed two weeks. I cannot park in my provided parking space due to the massive amount of large items tossed in the alley way. I have a video of the tenants taking couches out from thier property into the alley. Please help |
