While driving down N. Saginaw, out of the passenger side window, tissue after tissue, then napkins, came flying out into the wind on onto the street and onto other peoples windshields. When passing the vehicle I made a point to say- Hey! Stop littering!
After that the vehicle then drove slowly past me and proceeded to throw a snot covered napkin in my drivers window. They continued dropping them onto the road as they went past Grange Hall and toward Grand Blanc. |
