Man was sitting in his car in the parking lot of Wawa on the corner of Bensalem blvd and Ford Rd and opened the door and dropped trash outside onto the pavement, then shut the door. When notified of the trash, he nodded and then backed out of the spot and drove away, leaving the trash. |
