DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Guy buys a multiple-gallon water jug which apparently has a hole in it, notices as hes driving away, stops the car, puts the jug down right in front of the driveway to my apartment building, gets back in the car, pulls a u-turn. sees me staring at him, gives me a piece sign and then drives away. I caught only part of his plate. |
