Was stopped at light on southbound Willow Rd at Hamilton Ave. Driver in car next to me, a young African American man with flat top hairdo opened his door slightly, slipped his hand down, and dropped a wrapper on the ground. I pulled up next to him and said Hey, I saw you litter, thats totally not cool. He flipped me off and drove away. |
