DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Black Ford Escape exiting to northbound Sunrise dropped her lit cigarette butt out window. I said something to her through her open window. She quickly closed her window and put her earphones in her ears (also illegal). Not only ignored the fact that she was littering, but that it was 108 degrees, grass is 100% dead and were in a drought. Had another one lit already when we exited onto Sunrise. Will never understand this level of blatant ignorance! |
