DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Was following car with three occupants going east in the 500 block of Chapmansboro RD, Ashland City TN, TN when passenger in front seat threw out what appeared to be a large drink cup into trees on the side of the road. Car tag was either 771-5ZR or 771-SZR, but was a Montgomery county tag. |
