I witnessed this turd throw his burning butt out of the drivers side window as he drove south on Norris Avenue. I followed him to get his license plate. He turned west on Robertson, and then south again on Becerra Way, where his passenger tossed his burning butt out the window. Never mind that many lawns around here are brown because of the drought, or that a firefighter died yesterday fighting wildfires up north. These fuckers are lucky I didnt stop. Thats all right, dirtballs, I know where you parked your truck.
