DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were driving up the street and a kid threw a soda can into the wash and was about to kick another can into the wash when we stopped and told the kid to not do that, that its littering. She then said her mom told her to do it. We then looked into at the stationary car parked and the mom screamed what our problem was. We told her that you are not allowed to litter and that she is polluting the wash. She then gestured to a man approaching and stated we should talk to him. He just stood there shrugging his shoulders. When we reversed to get the car registration, he moved in front of the tag to prevent us from seeing it. We waited until they drove off and then, after numerous roundabouts, we got the number. We live in this area and all the residents are fed up with the throwing of trash in the wash. |
