DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Followed vehicle north on S. Peoria, while driver smoked and repeatedly ashed out the window. Entered Cherry Creek area and driver threw cigarette butt out window. Caught up with vehicle at Belleview and Yosemite traffic signal, red light, took a minute to get drivers attention as driver was texting. Driver proceeded to roll down window and I asked, What is wrong with you?! Half our state is on fire! Driver rolled eyes and rolled up window. |
