DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The passenger of this car threw a good handful of papers out the window (I believe aiming at my windshield). The papers were white, yellow, and pink colored and are scattered all over the entrance to 195 West from 136 North. I believe the passenger may have intended to block my view because they cut me off when they were traveling in the left only lane towards 195 East, and went straight, causing me to slam on my brakes to let them by and prevent an accident. I did not do any obscene gestures, but simply put and hand up as if to say What are you doing?. The driver pulled to the left of the entrance after the papers were thrown and I continued to the highway. Im sure they were a little worried when they saw my bumper sticker that says Dont be trashy, Recycle!. |
