The children at the above units have been routinely dragging out trash and large items from the dumpster and littering the property to the south of my home. When I ask them to please return it to the dumpster, it falls on deaf ears. My family is tired of having to clean this up several times a week. Just yesterday, they drug out broken chairs, a bed frame, exercise equipment, old cushions, a broken fan, and garbage, ripped it to pieces, and left it there. Oh yes, lets not forget the cupboard liner they tied to the tree next to my house and bungeed from. This was the second time this week that they have done this and I fear it will become a daily thing as summer is approaching, as it always gets worse at that time of year. Last Spring and Summer, my family spent several mornings each week picking up the trash, branches, fencing and debris left by the children from the day before. Nobody wants to confront the parents for fear of retaliation. One neighbor did confront the boy in Unit 95 for destroying her lawn furniture and the parents bullied her so bad, she was in tears. And my husband did say something to the children at 11656 Community Center Drive, Unit 102 for breaking the tree branches and littering the property with trash and debris last summer, and this has started something very hostile between us. I am not sure what can be done to stop this terrible harm and littering being done to our property and ultimately our environment. I have called the HOA and they have sent letters on more than one occasion, but that doesnt seem to stop them for very long. Please help us!
