Dumps her McDonalds trash out of car window

DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A dark haired, heavy set woman, who lives in the back of my neighborhood, goes to McDonalds about 3 times per week and then when she turns into the neighborhood, opens her car window and dumps all of her trash into the street where it gets blown onto the our lawn. She then drives to the back of the neighborhood where she lives at 13714 Marlin Ave.
