DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I see that someone else has already reported this. I just want to add that these blue bags are also delivered to public alleys and roadways-- not just to private property. To me this Marketplace baggie constitutes rubbish, trash, garbage per ORS 164.805. Its an eyesore that Western Communication (The Bulletin) does not have permission to place on my property. Furthermore, after a half-dozen contacts with the Bulletin, I have been unable to get them to come remove their baggie.... |
