DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At 7:10 a.m. on Monday, April 4, a White long bed pick-up truck had his tail gate down and was loaded with cardboard, planks, and other trash. The load was higher than the window. At the intersection of Patterson Avenue and South Holden the truck stopped for a red light. Upon turning left a wood plank fell from the back of the truck directly in front of us. The truck did not stop. We had to sway in heavy traffic to avoid hitting the plank and damaging the tires or car. The truck continued on S. Holden. |
