Threw an aluminum can out the drivers window

DETAIL DESCRIPTION
On 5/29/2015, at approximately 240pm, my wife and I were right behind a Gray BMW 528, IL License plate # 9101331 where the driver rolled down his window, and threw out an aluminum can onto the 355 Southbound tollway. We pulled up alongside of the driver and saw the middle aged white male with all gray hair driving. We recorded his license plate and hope he gets fined for his actions.
